It takes guts, passion and a lot of hard work to get a business off the ground. I am looking for clients that still have that fire in their belly to make sure their dream gets to take flight. Inspiration is an important energy to bring to this endeavor.

The kinds of projects I take on are usually about accelerating or managing growth. Building systems and websites that seek to mitigate the risks of uncontrolled growth requires a balance of current state and future state needs. Your goal has to be to drive towards that future state.
There is a lot I can door arrange to have done for you, but it will still require a time commitment from you. Your involvement is necessary to answer questions, provide the required content, and give feedback. I need to know that you will provide me with what I need in a timely manner and won't leave me hanging/waiting.
A Dedicated Budget
It surprises me that companies will spend thousands on a magazine ad each month but expect their website to be cheap and fast. If you really want your marketing to be effective, you’re going to need to invest in it. If you are trying to understand the budget you might need, we can conduct a discovery workshop or a more formal needs assessment to help you.
It’s boring, I know. But if you have not sat down and mapped out your business goals, then you’re not prepared. It’s an important step in the process of making what we put together a foundation for you to continue to build on.
You must realize that to see the maximum benefit when we have completed our project that it can't end there. Every business needs some kind of ongoing strategy and continual improvement cycle. I can help with that but remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. It will take some time.
We have to know where we are going before we can make a plan to get there. You need to have a strong idea of who your target markets are.
I need you tell me if you think I haven't understood what you need or there is something I have created that doesn't fit quite right with your needs. I can’t fix something if I don’t know about it. I thrive on honest and open two-way conversations.
